RefinerLink, the Oil Refiner Knowledge Portal, posted in a recent blog written by the GTF staff, a survey in which refinery employees responded to what opportunities were the most important for refineries to capture. Of those that indicated that higher capital expenditures could be expected, 40% said that it would be on energy efficiency projects.
